Smart home gear is great until it stops working. Most help pages are long, vague, or written for experts. We write short, plain-English fixes that get you back to a working setup fast.
How we write our guides
- Marlo Strydom writes and updates every guide, and each one shows when it was last updated.
- Each fix is built from the device maker’s own help pages and other trusted sources, such as government safety agencies. We link to them so you can check the details yourself.
- Safe, simple checks come first. Factory resets come last, because they erase your settings.
